PAYMENT INFORMATION
If booking a intensive course a deposit is required.
We will email you a payment request for the £200 deposit* upon booking.
Please note that at present, waiting times for driving tests are around three to three and a half months. This is subject to having passed a theory test.

*This deposit will secure your course dates. Once paid we will send out dates and times for each day of your course and test details. The deposit should be paid through PayPal or via BACs - we will send payment options on booking. The balance must be paid 10 working days prior to the start of your course. We will send payment request and invoice prior to your start date.
Refunds due to pupil cancellation (all reasons – in writing, by letter or electronically):
- 14 Days+ = 100% refund – £35 admin charge
- 8 To 13 Days = 50% refund – £35 admin charge
- 0 To 7 Days = 0%
Refund due to instructor cancellation (all reasons):
- 0 To 14 Days = 100% refund + £35 goodwill gesture
- If course has started then 100% – value of lessons taken + £50 goodwill gesture. (Normally if instructor goes ill or car breaks down and no replacements can be found - this is very rare).
In the event of bad weather - this is the instructor's decision based on safety and the closure of the local test centre. No refunds, but lessons and tests will be rearranged.
We cannot be held responsible for the actions of government departments. If the DSA cancel a driving test we will work with you and your instructor to obtain the next suitable date.
